Research Group
My group works on the design of MAC and PHY layers for 5G/6G cellular systems: RAN intelligent controllers, ML algorithms for MAC & PHY, scheduler and protocol-stack design, massive MIMO and beamforming, near-field communication, non-orthogonal multiple access, and reconfigurable intelligent surfaces. We build and evaluate our ideas on real testbeds (OpenAirInterface and USRP software-defined radios). See the Research page for some of our past and current works.
